NEW YORK – Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswirein July and August of 2018, the Israel Ministry of Tourism reported record numbers of tourists arriving from America. Israel welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States in July 2022, a 4% increase from 2019 and 71,000 travelers from the United States in August 2022 which is an increase of 13% from 2019.

Canada, which has 7200 tourists visiting the country in July 2022 and 6,000 tourists in August, isn't much from the United States.

Israel received more than 4.6 million international visitors in the year 2019 and this included 969.600 coming from the United States. In May 2018, Israel opened its doors to all travelers, regardless if they are vaccination-free. The country already has hosted more than 600,000 visitors.
