Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. Following his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded a BSc. in Architecture.

YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church's headquarters. Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded in order to enhance the health status and lifespan of the local community and nation by promoting better emergency response in the case of accidents and other emergencies.
