While still studying at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome became involved in the ministry. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer's LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions upon millions members around the globe is now known as Believers LoveWorld.
Through its 2002 environment for miracles show, BLW was the most popular Christian television ministry in Africa. They stopped airing it in May 2004 when President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches should stop broadcasting miracles.
Pastor Chris's Ministry comprises four different branches including publishing ministry, healing ministry; television ministry and the teaching ministry. These are the ministries was used to develop the healing school, the space for miracles, as well as the global prayer network of Pastor Chris.

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005, the NGO was created to help the poor, orphaned, and vulnerable children living in the poverty of their homes.
Through sustainable and participatory interventions The foundation aids children and families who are in need. They include programs for child development, childcare, strengthening family programmes, and InnerCity Mission for Children School.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded to enhance the quality of life and the overall health of communities as well as countries by encouraging better emergency response services for accidents and emergencies. The foundation has been established to support national policies concerning trauma care through advocacy, health education in the community, community-based programs and advocacy.
Over a thousand training sessions in emergency and safety were offered by the foundation. They have taught thousands of police officers, teachers and caregivers, as well as road transport workers.
Volunteer Medical Corps
